o Bedroom 3 has bunkbeds and a wardrobe/chest of drawers.
o Bedroom 4 has two single beds and ensuite Bathroom with shower. This is located in the seperate apartment.
o Bathroom 1 is spacious and has a large bath/shower, toilet and hand basin.
o Bathroom 2 has a shower, toilet and hand basin and is also spacious.
There is a fully functional sauna (which can be accessed via the second bathroom).

The backdoor opens out on to the rear barbecue area.
The villa is comfortable, cool and clean throughout. There is also the option of central heating, should it
be required during the winter months.
There is a seperate apartment in the lower level of the villa which has two beds a bathroom
(including shower), a seating area and tea /coffee making facilities.
